Mark Toal

Mark Toal is a retired United States Marine Corps Colonel having served 28 years of active duty. Toal is passionate about his position as National Veterans’ Employment Outreach Manager at U.S. Department of Labor. Toal began working for the Veterans Employment and Training Service (VETS) in 2014. He oversees a staff of regional Veterans’ employment coordinators who conduct employer outreach to make it easier for companies to find and hire Veterans and Military spouses by leveraging federal, state and local employment resources and programs.
