Kate Kohler

Korn Ferry

Kate Kohler is a Principal in the Washington, D.C. and New York offices of Korn Ferry, where she co-leads the firm’s Impact Investing Practice, serves as a specialist in the Financial Services Sector, and leads the firm’s relationship with the World Bank Group. Previously, Ms. Kohler served in business development roles at Morgan Creek Capital Management, LLC and Morgan Stanley.


Ms. Kohler has worked as an executive in the financial services industry, most recently at the PenFed Foundation, a nationally recognized nonprofit organization working to meet the unmet financial needs of active duty, Veterans and their families. She is a US Army Veteran, with command experience in Kuwait, Bosnia and South Korea, culminating in the leadership of United States and South Korean soldiers as a company commander.


Ms. Kohler holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Harvard Business School, a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government, and a Bachelor of Science degree from The United States Military Academy at West Point. She is also an Ironman finisher.
