Ray Kelley

Ray Kelley serves as the Democratic Staff Director on the House Veterans Affairs Committee. Kelley began his career of public service in the United States Marine Corps and continued to serve his fellow Veterans and Service Members as National Legislative Director for AMVETS and as Director of National Legislative Service for the VFW.

In February of 2017, Kelley was tapped by Ranking Member Tim Walz to be Minority Staff Director of the House Veterans Affairs Committee. In the 116th Congress, Kelley became Majority Staff Director of the House Veterans Affairs Committee.
