The 2022 LEAD Cohort 7 is the largest one yet! 25 of the brightest individuals within the military-connected community came together once per week for 16 weeks to learn from and interact with numerous Expert Guest Speakers from the defense, national security, advocacy, and media spaces.
As always, the cohort was divided into three fire teams: Defense, Media & Communications, and Veterans & Military Families. Each fire team planned a panel of experts in each field – entirely on their own.

Because CAPCON 7 will, for the first time, span two days, HillVets put out a call for abstracts, and individuals within the military-connected community responded in force!
With input from Protégés of LEAD Cohort 7, five presentations were selected to participate in CAPCON in addition to the cohort’s three fire team panels.
