“Recruit, Retain, Reinvent: Mobilizing for Strategic Competition”

The entire world is competing for talent and prosperity.

We aim to explore how the evolving national security environment will impact the current and future military workforce, veterans, and their families.

We will identify challenges and opportunities for government and community leaders to consider as our Nation advances to meet new demands and works to solidify America’s position on the world stage.

The 2022 LEAD Cohort 7 is the largest one yet! 25 of the brightest individuals within the military-connected community came together once per week for 16 weeks to learn from and interact with numerous Expert Guest Speakers from the defense, national security, advocacy, and media spaces.

As always, the cohort was divided into three fire teams: Defense, Media & Communications, and Veterans & Military Families. Each fire team planned a panel of experts in each field – entirely on their own.
